Fine Dining full of waste?

Ok what i am learning is for Fine Dining at college, i have been learning cuttings n stuff. When cutting, the lecturer teaches us how to prevent wastage when doing it, for example cutting 1 whole carrot into 6 different cuttings without wastage.
But honestly, i think Fine dining has MORE wastage.

Wasting part 1) I have butchery classes every alternate thursday and, yes more wastage. When u cook a duck dish like a duck stew for example. Refer to pics below, You would use a whole duck n no wastage right? what he teach is, cut off the neck, wings,and dump it somewhere first. What he asked us to do is cut off the thigh and breast. After doing that, he asked us to cut the duck breast and discard the whole carcass with the drummet n extra edible fleshes with it. And then comes to a rabbit, He also told us, this is the only rabbit we will see for our entire 2 years diploma. All the cut is the tenderloin of the rabbit and the thighs of it. And he threw the body with the front legs attached. What a waste, + i asked the chef, can i take back the rabbit? sarcasticly, he said can can but dun use my plastic wrap or watever to bring it back ok? zha dau, too bad the place im staying doesnt have a fridge to use. otherwise i will bring alot of stuff back home n cook.

Wasting part 2) Im a person who doesnt like to throw away uneaten foods, I mean seriously, if u imagine urself living in poor countries without food, then u know lah. I went for commie which basically we go n help term 6 seniors to cook( mostly washing n cutting) IT was dam fun but the drawback is, more wastage, i mean alot. My senior, kent he was cooking beef, and duck breast, he n his mate allison, cook the meat first, then both of them made mistakes, allison made her huge duck breast into duckling breast in which the lecturer mentioned, n she putted it ontop of the cooking counter. Kent pula he left his beef into the oven too long and it was overcook la, i tot hes gonna cut it n serve, but he cutted it abit n throw it into the bin -.- zha dau still can eat ma diu. I was thinking " oh wat the fuck? give me eat better la". at least allison gave me n my classmate ching, to eat her overcooked duckbreast, dam nice n crispy. Another thing is, after sending their dishes to their lecturer to test, some wouldnt eat n will throw it away, so waste meh?. Only a few would bring back their dishes to eat.

Now i plan to bring tupperwares to class n if got extra foods, i bring back makan. Dowan waste money.

Orientation At TUC

IM currently having Diploma in Culinary Arts in Taylors University Collage.
Just had orientation on the weds last week. Was staying at joevins place so i could easily walk over to collage ;p .

First day was okay, I was so scared bout first day! But anyhow it turned up well. Met few guys, Ron frm Cameron Highlands, RObson from sban, and pravin frm ipoh. So far away man,. We got along quite well, n went through the orientation together till friday.

Btw im disappointed bout the student's restaurant training at the recezz area, The Temptations. I had Some pasta which has no taste at all -.- except the for freaking salty mushroom in it! Shawn was having lunch with us and he had chicken cordon bleu, and the cheese within the chicken wasnt even melted and the chicken is so tough!
Pravin had fish and chips, and this is the super disappointing part of all, the fish is still raw! in the inside, Only the breadcrumb layer is fried up. He had to take it back to them n they re-fry it again for him. How disapointing Is IT?

Then the next day we went back there n see what they have for sale, All the same menu as yesterday.THen this lady chef came n asked if we wanted to try their local cuisine for 6bucks for rice, chicken, fish n veggie. It sounds reasonable so we tried, and i had to say It really good/ and its so much worth it than any other food in the cafeteria. I had chicken rice few days back and it cost me 4.80, exp huh. So this place isnt bad for its local cuisine.

Friday after the orientation, we hanged out awhile n played pool in the students life centre, Many ppl was inside, Then this guy vincent Tan if im not mistaken said he would teach n show us how to do magic if we buyed the ticket frm him for his show on next friday. Pravin n Ron say they will buy next week n he showed us. And its really amazing . So freaking awesome lol;. Im so lazy to say what he did. ;p
Then after that, me joevin, jervin and melvin went back to sban bout 5+

Part 2, of the making of Lasagna.

Cooking the sauce, consist of minced meat, mixed herb, pepper, salt, minced garlic n onion, chicken broth (overnight salty chicken juices) and finally tomato sauce,.(tomato puree in cans will do)

Cooked sauce n ready.

First layer of lasagna, very important to cover each of the lasagna layer with oil from the sauce,Otherwise it will not cook n will crisp instead of soft. Apply sauce in alternate of 4 layers.

Finishing touch with mozarella cheese n abit of sauce ontop of the cheese. Ready to be putted into the oven.

well i decide to make this since my aunt gave me a box of instant lasagne,first time though, well i was surprised as i tought the lasagna came with the sauce. But no worries :) i can make my own. These are the stuff i had and i made with them. This is part 1 of 3.

These are the ingridients that i had, 1 onion, garlic minced meat, herb, pepper, mozzarella cheeze, lasagna base, tomato sauce.

Knife must be sharp before any cutting can occur. Trust me, u have to.

Fencing Club goes DOMINO!

So it was today which MR.Tan (Patron) asked the fencing club to go to Domino's to see how they prepare n make delicious pizzass. We learned how to make pizza n those toppings, Too bad forgot to bring my camera.So im here to share my experience .

Well first we have to sanitize our hands (wash) and put on those showercap like cap. lol. We went in > Mr.Kumar is the manager there, he is also an ex paulian (year 87) he explained wht to do n wht not to do. FOr example, dont touch the oven its 480 degrees farenheit. okay so then we entered the cold room and its 3-5 degrees celcious, all those ingredients are fully imported n kept frozen.When we enter , wow we can see our breaths turn to vapour. nice never seen that before.

Next we went to the pizza counter where we learn to make pizza. The dough is frozen n placed ontop of corn meal n then the professional pizza man does his job (stretch the pizza), He made it slowly to show us, and or the 2nd pizza, he made it under 30secs. And as for the toppings there are several specifications in which we have to follow as in weighting the toppings precicely. we all made it under like 5mins to put the toppings , lol and the manager says that they have to make the pizza within 2 mins, and cooking under 6mins. Awesome speed, Kumar (manager) have been working there for 8 years and additional 2 years at shakeys. He told me, to become a manager, he have to make a pizza under 45 secs or he will not pass. Like omg so hard meh?, The other guy, (pizza maker) have been training to be a specialist in pizza,and he has been under training for a month now. Kumar says to make the pizza ready for toppings we need at least 3 months of training .

We had Classical chicken pizza ( i putted the toppings myself =P ) and pepperoni pizza (chicken pepperoni). Was awesome, not enough tough haha. Then for the 2nd round came another 2 pizzas.And Mr Tan ordered another pizza which is the kaya banana pizza (desert) i was shocked at first to see that kind of pizza. But it was actually good, very nice n sweet. not really recommended for old folks tough, cause its very sweet. We had a chat for awhile and then Mr.Tan sent me back home. *Thanks for everything Mr.Tan =]*

Ok so, im gonna blog about PS3 n some of its games as well as other consoles in comparison. Cause i tought of buying one after my spm + if i have the cash. So everyone knows ps3 right? welll,, maybe most of the people around the world knows. And Those games im gonna talk about are those ps3 games which totally SUCK and totally KICKASS!. Its not to say that im on the ps3's side at all.

PS3 is an awesome hardware like Xbox 360 as well. Both are preety similar in performance but in some games, the Xbox 360 won over ps3. A awesome RPG game as an example, FALLOUT 3, if compare with the graphics n texture detailings. Graphics are similar but the texture details in the 360 are more higher compare to the ps3. It is proven however, well i dont have a picture here though, the tree and the bus look more detailed with the branches n windows in 360 compared to ps3 with the same distance away.

Ok so lets get the game that totally SUCK!. G.I. Joe, SHIT, just another hot movie blockbuster just got busted by its game. This game is CRAP, what? its supposed to be action packed like BIONIC COMMANDO but instead it looks like contra + well GI JOE in 3D world, BUT still it looks like CRAP, i have a screen shot here. See for ur selves. Just total crap. Its like running up n down with auto aimed crosshair shooting while jumping + rolling. This game's developer have really screwed this game up. The PS3 is totally capable of handling games that is 5X better than this game. DONT buy it, I dont care if ur stupid, rich, or just plain dumb, DONT buy IT. Your gonna waste ur money. To those good game developers out there, please make good use of ur technology and make great games.

And another worthless game, MINI NINJAS, omg sound fun right? wait till u see what it looks like. Another CRAP game,this game reallly look like its meant for PS2.Im not going to talk much bout it.

Games that KICKASS in both PS3 n Xbox 360. Games like Metal Gear Solid 4 (PS3) also rumoured to be released for 360 (not confimed). This game is one of the BEST game of all time. You can even see the sweat coming down the forehead of the character. Awesome huh? Too bad it was only made for the sony PS3. Hideo Kojima (Managing Director Operating Officer and Studio Head of Kojima Productions) have said (in a humourly manner) that if game critics gave MGS4 a 11/10 rating, he will make it go to PC. It never happen unfortunately or maybe haven as the game is already rated 10/10 (perfect 10).

Im sure many ppl heard of CRYSIS right? YES it is another awesome game i have ever played. ITs based on CRY ENGINE 2 and its graphics is totally top notched till even neither the PS3 or XBOX 360 can support the game except for PC, YES Crysis was made only for the PC, can say the king of the hill lar, till now i suppose. This is because crysis can also run in shadermodel 4.0 (Directx 10) which is unavailable for both the consoles. It is was really a great game, and because it was only released for the PC, CRYTEK's co-founder and president Cevat Yerli, have stated that they have many losses due to the game not available to other consoles. Cant blame him either it was his company which first made use of the new shader model 4, Not many games uses this till now. And now, well CRYTEk have made a new CRY ENGINE 3 Which can support crysis in both ps3 n 360 consoles. It has been fully optimized just to fit the game into these 2 console. No word of which crysis chapter will be in the console.I still think that eventhough crysis will be available for console, it would not be as good as pc, due to the controls n complications. Well this screenshot is in the actual gameplay,but i will upload a more clearer pic with my pc.

So here are the totally SUCK games and totally KICKASS games, *note This is based on my opinion of the game which suck n kickarss. Others are faqs and rumours.

The Revenge is Here!. LOL. Just watched the movie after school today. The movie was at 2.30 and my sch ended at 2.20. So me n daniel rushed to Terminal 2. When we reach MBO (Movie Box Office, i think), 3 fellas from the other form 5 classes was there and they keep saying that the tickets are sold out!. OMG i was, then i stand there and look at the monitor and there stated " Transformers 2 : availability = 43 seats" i said eh still got la, see on top. NOOBS. Bought the tickets, then got into the room. When we were in the room, wah, so small. only 12 rows of 12. (12X12) But not really full house. When we are watching halfway throughout the film. There was a meltdown. The movie hangged and the film started to burn. Its hard to explain but the the burning effect of the film(not the show, but the FILM as the camera film) . Teh pictures on the screen start to burn off. Starting with Megan FOx's preety face. At first i tought eh wth why suddenly got melting, i tought the movie inside is gonna show the virus of something. But then the movie was melting down!. everyone started to wonder what is happening then moments later, there was the sound of the fire extinguisher spraying. The film actually burn or melt. Some people start to make noise, then luckily the movie continue jsut moments after the melting part.

We can see Megan Fox again :). I doubt that the film which was used will be able to reuse again. WTF? its the dammn release date of Transformers 2 and the film actually burn during the 2nd time of its screenning. My mum also tells me that Yinste (Friend) also experienced the same thing twice at MBO. However we managed to watch the whole movie till the end. IT WAS GODLIKE! The movie i meant. uhum. I think im gonna watch the movie again at TGV instead Of MBO. No spoilers are contain here. SO dont worry bout watching it after reading.

Im back , and had been leaving my blog out of bussiness for a while. Been busy, and lazy to blogg. Anyhow exams coming in 1 1/2 days. Study study and game game. Crazy week.

A photo to share = Barney!, taken at my cousin's hse in Kl. Belongs to my niece (Raelynn) 3 year old i think. Think its just for small kids? I got carried away and kept hugging it, =S not to mention later i found out that she took the barney and kept biting him. Ughh!

Oh and i've just got a forum setted up, my cousin did it however but i did give him a hand. :) We had a gaming clan [RAGE] in Call of Duty 4, and the clan began last november. We recruited some new members and the new guy sugessted we make a forum since all the other clans have their own forum, so we got to it right away. Heres a link for the forum, http://godrage.11.forumer.com/ check it out. Its still fresh from the oven and more posts to be coming soon. [RAGE] clan is not an official clan on the Malaysian Call of Duty 4 list however. Other clans are mostly from cybercafes where owners are the heads of the clan. We have not been in for a clan war yet.

Just had dinner at 8.30pm, had rice and fish. The steam fish was HUGE!, the flesh is so thick. Even my brother cant finish the fish, So i did the honours by finishing up 3/4 of the fish, + i said i wanted to lost weight, how on earth am i going to lose weight when i had 3/4 of a huge fish, estimated weight probably 3kilos. The fish head it self is slightly bigger than my fists. Think how big it is . Dint get to take a photo of it though. Normally we had fish and it costs rm 22 or 20, todays fish was rm 28. First time, same type of fish and +6 bucks. 2 person meal rm 47. Not to mention rm47 can feed a family of 4 with the same dishes.

MADNESS IN SUC

After having steamboat at Lobak, Me daniel and joevin went to SUC. We started off by dota-ing? Wonder why we did that. Then me and Joevin went down to the pool side to watch other people playing water. LOL There was a man who used a fire hose to spray water to everyone including those watching from the top. Me and joevin got sprayed by an unknown dude as well. Haha lucky it wasn't much.

We got back to the table and Daniel was playing Troll in dota. I sat down awhile and saw Vanessa walking by, Then me n Daniel left our stuff with joevin and went down to the pool. Its crazy, Gabrielle started chasing me and shooting me with water. Borrowed one from Firdaus and started shooting back. Vanessa kept chasing after me to get me wet. LOL Until she and and someone grab hold of me and then joined by Bernard and 1 more guy which i cant remember who and pushed me into the water. Sadly my shoes was with me . Fun though =D. I was going up and saw Daniel in the water, i wonder how he ended up in the pool. He lost his glasses in the water, haha luckily vanessa was nearby and i asked her to help find it.

Despite being already wet, vanessa was right next to me and i pushed her without mercy!
Then i pushed gabby into the water. Then everything started going crazy. Many of the ex form 5 was there. Joevin came down and he got wet, many poeple kept shooting water at him, and then they all pushed him into the water. Not to mention he tried to push me in and i pulled him along. Hahahaa. Good try man. =) my broand his friends came, Guan Shoong was grabbed hold by Bernard and then he got (GB) and into the water. It was crazy and fun! =D

FUN WITH CAM. =]

Today was the 3rd day of sukan tara. After recess+ sukan tara.
Everyone is in the class, and joevin brought his camera stand. Since its BM period and the teacher is having some discussion with several students at her desk, and i was bored,. I ended up playing with the camera stand and then pavi came with a camera. We took some photos and videos then watched it later on. While we were playing with the camera, i took it and attached the cam to the stand. At that time, the cam was out of battery.

Me and pavi decided to put some prank on our class mates. We were acting like real photographer walking around with the stand and taking photos.Then we reached Daniel and Shavin's seat, both of them were playing conquer.
Pavi said "Eh come, look at the camera." Both of them quickly look and gave a pose.
Pavi : ok done!" Daniel and Shavin walks over excited
Daniel: Dei show show,."
Pavi : ok ok, see *turns on the camera and " BATTERY EXHAUSTED "*
Then me and pavi were laughing like crazy idiots cause they dint even notice that the camera's lens were actually closed! The both of them got pissed and they went off to continue their game.

Then me and pavi went near the teachers desk and try to reenact what we did earlier. The teacher looked and then she smiled for us. LOL! We acted like we have done taking pics then we walked off. Its quite funny when u think that they were smiling for the cam when the lens was even closed in which they had not notice.

Im going to jusco tomorow with Joevin, TO get Taylor Swift's new album "FEARLESS" ! Fuhh i cant wait to get my hands on it. Such beauty . Hahah.

Birthday birthday. Fascinating isn't it? Im already sixteen. 16 Years on this planet and im learning lots of stuff.. Well. Its on the 15th of november. I had BBQ for my birthday. Invited Friends.Though i only invited my friends.. i kinda forgot how i ended up with my cousins and aunts coming over. LOL.

I had to prepare so so so many things for it. I went to buy all sorts of groceries. LOTS and LOTS. I am totally afriad that we cant finish up all the food . Ohh Talk about Glorious Food!. I knew we cant finish all the foods because,, i preety much know all my friends.. They dont have a huge appetite as i have. So.. Cheers! I ended up buying 4 packets of lamb chops, 3.5kgs of chicken wings, 5 packets of hot dogs, Dang lots.

I Did all the marinating and other stuff as my mum had to work work work. HEHE and my brother ended up as my horse, he drove me to jusco and tesco to buy all those stuff. Muahaha.

OK lets skip all these boring part.

On the BBQ day, 2 hrs before the party start. my bro's friends arrived and they started playing the ps2. LOL. later 5.30, Joevin and erik came. They just barged into my room, probably discovered something which they should have not, as I was with the laptop outside. Haha.

Later we went out and started preparing the tables and stuff.When we started the fire to lite up the charcoles... Joevin (sigh,, as usual) keep harassing the bbq pit. LOL He has no idea what to do and claims he knows. No comment on this one.. 40mins later,, they started bbq-ing. AS i predicted. All of them only threw hot dogs onto the pit. like.. (wth? i prepared so much food and u guys are only burning hot dogs?)

Anyway later my cousins drop by and They brought me a cake. Another Glorrious food! GG!

Hooohooo! Weeeehh!

Guinness Diet which is basically Guinness stout, is it a myth or a fact?

It was actually proven as a fact for dieting . Oh Wow!

Im gonna try this Guinness diet soon after i get my self some cans of guinness stout and approval from my mother. =D

It may sounds a little crazy but it was proven and they say it should be done in 7 days with only guinness and plain water, no food and nothing else. Butt.. i dont think that can be possible in 7 days. Cause i would die in 1 day without food . =p This is the thing im gonna do. Have it in the morning, for 10 straight hours, no food only guinness and water. i hope i can lose at least 1 kgs as one man has done it and he has lost 3kgs which is almost 7 pounds of his weight. Surprising huh? Im so gonna try it out. Haha wish me luck =p . I will post another after i have done this dieting and if the results are gooood :D

Yeap. Im back to Blogging, have abandoned it for awhile due to final exams.
Well.. it might have went well, Joe told me that i've failed my math, again. -_-"
Now, exams are over and... im frigggin bored at home. Nothing to do except using the pc.
And my left eye had swell for a few days. Supposed to go school but i cant see a thing with my left eye as the lump was huge. Now it had subsided bit by bit. So i can see things clearly. Im gonna upload a photo of my self with the swell later as i cant seem to find my phone cable.

But hes hugee. I just threw some small prawns in and *ChoP!* HaH GG!! liao, he ate them all. God amazing creature. HaHa imagine that this cost more than 50bucks per kilo in restaurants around, though there isnt many restaurants that have this for sale. Opps.

Man Vs Wild.

Dang this Discovery Series just keep hanging in my brain. I wonder why am i So addicted to this series. Its all about Survival skills, and Bear Grylls or also known as Edward Michael Grylls is the host of the show. He shows you the technique to survive if we are stranded in anywhere in there world. However Danger comes to him first, he has his medical and camera crew which follows him whereever he goes. Hes currently filming the 5th season of this series, The latest one is season 5 episode 2, which had not yet been shown on Astro's discovery channel but is shown the US by now. I kindly well.. downloaded it illegally, Sorry Mate i couldnt wait for the Malaysian TV to get your series to be shown. =D

Anyway i really enjoyed his shows, Especially the hunting and eating and all. He would even eat Yak's Fresh liver in the snow (RAW). LOL. Seriously I pay my respects to him and salutes because hes someone alike Steve Irwin who just passed few years ago in the Great Barrier Reef in Australia. He was Killed during filming by a gigantic Stingray's bard which pierced through his heart and died on the spot underwater. If Bear Bear happens to have had an accident to himself, It would be a great lost to the world and his family. Lets not waste this opportunity and lets watch his shows, Lets get learning to survive in the wilderness. =D

Ohh My goodddd! I had one of the most awesome day of my life! =D

I had dinner with my cousins at a restaurant in Damansara Jaya. Theres a Fantastic Restaurant there call... Gosh forgot whats the restaurant called. AHhh!! But anyway, the place is HUGE! THeres bout 120tables there, 2storeys open air and airconditioned.

But the most Exciting part of the restaurant, They had a Numerous amount of fresh seafood in aquariums there! Theres even "Alaskan King Crabs" and Lobsters!! when i first walked into this restaurant, I was like "OH MY GOD!!" I was seriously carried away by all these sea foods! Completely fresh! =p

Sadly i forgot to take photo of those aquarium, =( Surprisingly, Those king crabs and the snow crabs are Rm50 cheaper than the Australia Lobsters. =) the King Crabs costs bout RM229 per kilo, So freaking expensive rightt? Per Kilo samore! imagine ordering 1 and it cost bout 500+
So.... Im going to save up lots and lots of money just to get a taste of the King Crab which i only seen it thru the television's screen and from discovery channe =) I was really surprised to see those!

My cousin ordered Lots of food! mostly consist of seafood of course. =) LOL i lost count of how many dishes we had. But as long as i know, they are all awesome food and they taste great! Well.. with great food comes great price right? =) Of all the dishes i assumed that all of it is around 1k+. And I wanna say Thank you to my cousin for This wonderfull dinner. Thanks Alot Danny and Jasmine jie! =) Love Yall!

Durian Disaster

This morning... i woke up dreaming of good stuff (dad) and the worst part is.. i have a very bad sore troat and fluee... Swt... This is what i get from eating durians.. I had to drink 3 large cups of water to ease the pain.. owhh so pain!

I went to school not feeling so good.. My head is like heavy and kept on sneezing..
More unfortunate for my buddy erik, His Pubic Region got injured while playing rugby in PE class yesterday.. He couldn't catch the ball and it hit his pubic region.. Dang! he had to spread his legs open to walk with ease.. =/

I came back from school, and ate pau and soup+rice..
Seriously.. i wonder how a durian can spoil ur appetite.. I slept as i need to rest for i had 2 tuitions tonight.. I woke up and walk straight to my pc. Talk to *her* for a moment and went to my addmaths tuition.. I think i actually spoiled her mood when i said i needed to rush to tuition..
she was like

"humph! dont want to talk to u ady"

Aihh what to do... im so pening at that moment..I came back from tuition.. My sick is probably gonna get stronger, unexpectedly.. my body is really hot outside.. i bath hot water as i dont feel its hot,, Turn it to cold, and the water started to warm up as the water slides down.... Worst of all.. I skipped Mr.Mustika's tuition.. Bm... (uncle Musthapa).. and.. here i am.. blogging..

Another rugby day at school.

Rugby day.. uh uhhu not a very usual day at schools PE..

It was fun.. at the beginning.. we ran in a straight line while passing the ball back..
kick the ball to the opposition team and catch the ball..

Then.. the fun ended half.. we all ran like mad cows chasing and pulling ppls shorts and shirts.. So freaking tiring.. the most fun of all.. when someone pulls or pushes(gently) someone to the ground with the ball.. everyone else will just jump on them.. Haha including me =D

My best buddy joe vin.. got the ball and rush to the goal post.. and someone intentionally push him down hard.. unfortunately.. he ended up with a torn skin and well.. can actually see his leg tissue.. its quite.. scary.. to say.. Anyway.. i ran towards him as i was just about a few meters from where he fell.. Wei lip went and call a St.John paramedic, and carried him down as he couldn't walk ( much pain)..

Eventually.. i ran back to the field (with rage) i crash into an indian opposition, took the ball and rush to the goal post and i scored!! hurray! but i dint see wather the PE teacher got see me scoring anot.. swt :(

So.. i went back to the St.John room and witness what they do when someone get hurt..
When they wanted to pour water to wash off his wounds.. joe vin screamed out like a sissy. AHAH! no offence though.. :) my other 2 buddies went to call his parents.. and... many ppl are surrounding him eventough its none of their bussiness..
Later 5 mins.. his parents came and took him to a clinic, so.. thats all about it..

Oh yea.. not to mention those other classes.. I heard that there were about 7 students got hurt in form 2 B and few more in other forms, today.. Thats right .. in just one day.. And out HEM miss lucy demanded The PE teacher to stop teaching rugby.. :) a good and bad ending .. HAHAah i Hope u all enjoyed reading.. :))

Trip to KL Malaysian open fencing compettition

Today day was soo freaking awesome!!!!!!!! :DDD

We arrived in the middle of nowhere.. untill Mr.Tan(patron) brought us to a nearby place for breakfast in a mamak. :( not a very hygenic place.. Anyway i'll skip this part.

As we walk into the (i think its a sports complex) building. Fuhh! so damm nice wehh.. Its the man's foil today, ohh my godd! those suits are metal jackets are like so freaking cool. It is really Fascinating there..

As the compettition began, i went upstairs to get a better view.. And as i observe from above, There was 1 guy who i think that hes fast. Very swift movement, however his body size is small and i figure that he might be a young dude.. All these buggers are like freaking rich.. They actually paid soo much money for the equipments as some were made of metals for protection. But this guy i was talking about, hes fast and good but his opponents always beat him as their size are like gigantic. I think they can actually squash me .. :X

This compettition really gave me more exposure and experience. There are peoples from the middle east , Qatar, Kuwait. Korea, Singapore, Malaysia,Thailand and.. others are kinda missing in action haha.What i think is, that those korean womans are really good they actually beat 2 Malaysian fencers, 1 from Selangor and 1 from Penang. Lohol.. we were excited bout the woman's saber.Many korean woman were there. The rest of the fencers kept their eye on them everytime ahaha (hamsup) XD!.

I'll continue writing this blog tonight. After my schools concert. :D

Everyday the same road, same routine.. Thats life around us..
Well... i dont really think much people will read others blog n stuff cause... they are all busy with their lifes.
Lets start with my school..The St. Pauls institution.. The school which is located on a hill in Seremban. Only boys school. let me start with our very own Mr.Malai!! The schools very famous discipline master, yes very own. This macha here, when everyone saw him will defenitely run away. This is what happened to my class while we were walking to the Physics Lab , some fellas are running and jumping.. And when one fella (dont need to mention his name) saw Mr.Malai, "Ehh! MALAI MALAI!!" everyone will go bezerk! hiding at each corner tucking in thier shirts. When he come by, Mr.Malai "Yen nah dei? u buat apa? mau kena lempang kah?" and moves away.. LOL really fierce teacher with his Mousthace (really thick).
