Part 2, of the making of Lasagna.
Cooking the sauce, consist of minced meat, mixed herb, pepper, salt, minced garlic n onion, chicken broth (overnight salty chicken juices) and finally tomato sauce,.(tomato puree in cans will do)
Cooked sauce n ready.
First layer of lasagna, very important to cover each of the lasagna layer with oil from the sauce,Otherwise it will not cook n will crisp instead of soft. Apply sauce in alternate of 4 layers.
Finishing touch with mozarella cheese n abit of sauce ontop of the cheese. Ready to be putted into the oven.
